The Board of Directors provides guidance and leadership to Kappa Phi Lambda Sorority, Incorporated. The Board represents the members of the Sorority and ensures the accountability of the organization to its members. Board members set the short and long-term strategy for the sustainability and growth of the Sorority. Meet our 2021 Board of Directors below!

Passions/ Hobbies

  • Watching/reading about ancient and medieval historical dramas.
    Enjoy teaching Sunday Children’s Bible study at church. 1980s
    New Wave music. Love English saddle horseback riding.

Interesting Fact(s): Endured labor and delivery without an epidural…ouch

  • Reading, traveling, watching TV and spending time with family

Life Motto: Surround yourself with people who make you want to be a better version of yourself. Live everyday fully and not take anything for granted.

Interesting Fact(s): I have a photographic memory when it comes to numbers and faces but can never remember where I put things like my keys and papers

  • 25 years experience in marketing at global asset management firms focusing on retirement and insurance marketing.

Passions/ Hobbies

  • When I’m not working or spending time with my family, I enjoy working out (Peloton bike, jogging and strength training). I also enjoy scuba diving, snowboarding and traveling — there’s a bucket list of places I still can’t wait to see!

Life Motto: Live life to the fullest with humility and kindness

Interesting Fact(s): I can’t start the day without my coffee! I enjoy road trips but can’t read, sleep or use any mobile devices due to motion sickness.

  • 15 years Information security, technology risk auditor primarily for financial services. I was a stay-at-home mom for 9 years. In 2019, I returned to the workforce and am now at Princeton University.

Passions/ Hobbies

  • Sleep! When I can’t, I love to travel, snowboard, eat at restaurants and read.

Life Motto: Every day above the ground is a great day

Interesting Fact(s): I have never been to Asia – my grandmother was born in the United States.

Life Motto: It’s not the fall that defines you – it’s how you pick yourself back up and carry on.

Interesting Fact(s): I get in the car and drive when I need a break. Driving is therapeutic to me, and I like feeling I’m going somewhere – maybe not far, but I live for the change of scenery.

Passions/ Hobbies

  • Travel, food (eating more than cooking), audiobooks, dance, crafting and Korean dramas especially during the pandemic.

Life Motto: Life is what you make of it.

Interesting Fact(s): I am half Indonesian, half Korean and grew up in New Jersey but now live in the San Francisco Bay Area. I also teach ballet to 7-12 year olds, plan weddings occasionally and have a family blog that I wish I had more time to write on (but that’s life with two kids).
