Hi sisters!

A little bit about me and why I real estate for me:

I have lived in the Northern Virginia area for the last 21 years, prior to that I lived in Indonesia. I am fluent in Bahasa Indonesia. I have a background in the dental field. I started investing in real estate while working full time at the clinic. I would listen to real estate podcasts on my work commute, I would read the how-to books in the early morning before work and network with other investors. My goal at the time was simply to be present for my daughter who was still a toddler at the time.

Fast forward to 2020, the pandemic hit and dental clinics had to be closed. It made me realize that I needed an alternative to generating income. In 2021 we were still in the middle of a pandemic but due to previous investments and calculated financial moves, I was able to cut my clinic hours down drastically and homeschool my daughter.

I became a real estate agent because I believe that I can provide value and guidance to those wanting to purchase a home to live in, to sell a home or wanting to create flexibility in their life through investing. I simply enjoy helping others and making people feel comfortable working with me. If I can get nervous patients comfortable in the dental chair, I surely can make them feel comfortable buying a home.
