Kappa Phi Lambda promotes its pillars – Sisterhood, Service and Cultural Diversity – across its Chapters and Associate Chapters. Although each chapter is unique in its approach to promoting our core pillars, they are the foundation of our sorority and the virtues that bring us together in sisterhood. These values do not make us better than anyone; rather, they allow our sisters to become stronger women, provide service, and help advocate for cultural diversity within the greater community.
