We believe that by educating our community about the beauty and complexity of Pan-Asian cultural heritage, we also uphold the importance of understanding all cultures. The events we host across many campuses enrich our cultural awareness and help us educate others. The events we attend, hosted by other organizations, in turn enhance our appreciation of other cultures. Although we are an Asian / Asian-American interest sorority, by no means are we Asian exclusive. Our members do not only promote cultural diversity but also represent a multicultural sisterhood.

Cultural events hosted each year

Cultural Workshops

Chapters and Associate Chapters are required to plan and host cultural workshops on their respective campuses across the nation. Examples of events include talent benefit shows, conference presentations on culture and interactive cultural workshops, webinars and collaborations with other multicultural organizations on campus.

Cultural Representation

“Asian” culture is not a monolith. Sisters represent and promote many diverse cultures present within and outside “Asian” culture. Sisters represent different nationalities from the United States, East Asia, Central Asia, South Asia, Southeast Asia, Africa, Europe, and many other regions.

Cross-Organization Collaboration

Aside from hosting cultural workshops and events, sisters attend or co-host cultural events hosted by other collegiate and non-collegiate organizations to increase their understanding of other cultures.
